Hey Sophie‼️ Merry Christmas to you and this community channel. A little tip to thicken your soup. It’s a hack I recently discovered. One tablespoon of Faba Bean powder will thicken up your soups and it adds protein, subtle flavour and blends in really easy. Just remember to mix it up in a little cold water in a cup & pour it into your mix. Seasons Greetings 🎅🏻 🎄

You can thicken soup by adding a boiled potato. Boil one potato, mash it when it's boiled, and add it to the soup. You can also add shredded cheese while the soup is hot. Shredded cheese will also thicken the soup. 🥣

I did this with the potato on my 2nd batch! worked a gem 🥰 but the idea of cheese... now that sounds good!! 🤩

Merry Christmas and hope Santa brought you everything you wanted. With regards to your soup the cauliflower flower as you called them are florets and to make it thicker double the amount of cauliflower you use.
