Hi! It's good your not letting technology take over Dexters life just yet. I see young people to when out and about especially girls glued to there phones. Some do some don't. What I've been doing for the past few months is I don't use my phone while out for a walk or whatever. I like to be surrounded by nature and what mother earth has for us aha. Like today I went for a walk along the busy beach round the corner from my house and two ladies with dogs stopped and spoke to me which is always nice. I'm finding it happens often at the moment it feels good when people actually engage and interact with you don't you think? Rather than it be through social media. I think we as humans need more face to face social interaction as its not only good for us mentally but gives us a confidence boost to!. I've found that as one thing my mum wanted me to have more of was confidence within myself, now look at me. I'm stopping and talking to people I've never spoken to before and it feels good. Spring is here now so hopefully more people out and about. ☺️

Exactly it’s so sad to see and like there is no real social interaction anymore. I totally agree on not using your phone when out, take it for emergencies but take in nature and what surrounds us. It’s much better for us than staring at a screen. Aww that’s lovely and you’ve gained so much confidence your mum would be so very proud of you Peter. Spring is definitely here, it’s starting to get a bit warmer now which is nice and the sun was actually out the other day 😁 woohoo. Xxx
