Hi love! Hair stylist here - I wouldn’t recommend coconut oil on your hair, it actually creates a barrier around your hair and stops almost all moisture from absorbing into the stands! Kerestase has amazing overnight serums, everyday oils, masks, and repair shampoos and conditioners. Checkout their Therapiste line & try to wash less for max results Xx

We can all relate to the hair struggle. I always had the longest, thickest hair and after putting blonde in it too many times, it completely fell out. It took me 3 years, no more hair dye/bleach, hair masks, and redken extreme length shampoo + conditioner.

Hi Rachel. You can add packing peanuts, etc to the bottom of that pot to make your green floral stand up higher and flop over more.

Hi Rachel! Also trying to grow my hair out thicker & my hairdresser told me to only brush my hair with a wide tooth comb when it’s wet & never towel dry it. Putting it in a towel causes breakage so just let it hang & air dry after brushing it with the comb. Been doing both of those for about 2 months & I see a crazy difference !!

Hey rachel just a heads up since I know you are trying to grow your hair up, wearing your hair up constantly really takes a toll on your hair and breaks it. If you are going to put it up try to use the silk hair ties or claw clips ❤️

Girl!! I know you probably don’t want to wear your hair down, but how tight you are wearing it with that ponytail will not help your hair. If anything use a claw clip

I was coming here to say the same. Only cause Rachel mentions it otherwise i would never. @Rachel Autenrieth Don't put your hair up at all (as little as possible) don't dye it, tease/back comb, don't put your hair in a towel after showers, don't brush it while it's really wet. Kid gloves. ❤️ You'd be gorgeous without hair lol just saying cause I know you want it to be healthy! I'm in the same boat trust me. Xoxox

I’m going to add to this just to be helpful. 💕 I heard that a lot of the popular hair products have toxic/damaging ingredients. Too much oil build up may also be damaging.

I’ve had the exact same thing happen to my hair. Had super thick hair but got extensions for 4 years. They were sooo thin after but I got them back to how they were before, even more healthy. The key is honestly what you put in your body. Zinc has helped me so much, natural products, drink so much water, heal your gut!! Probiotics have been a game changer

It‘s actually an enzyme in the pineapple that makes that feeling of being allergic! Some people just react more or be more conscious about it. I read that putting your pineapple in saltwater for a minute or two should help reduce the enzyme!

Love your vlogs Rachel! I would say just go to your dermatologist…get a scalp biopsy and let them start you with a regimen for your situation. I learned through mine that my scalp showed no distress I just have naturally fine hair …my scalp had hair in every follicle they’re were just fine hairs. They can’t make me grow hair in follicles that don’t exist it’s not possible so the only thing I was given was advice to “fatten” the hairs I already hair with thickening shampoo etc…

HAIR BREAKAGE: You might want to re-consider so many ponytails or just even tight ponytails. They can cause breakage at the tie point. A good hair oil on the scalp helps with a dry scalp. I like Pink Moon's hair oil and I also use both Innersense and Cult + King hair products regularly. My hair looks great.

it's the enzymes in pineapple, if you eat enough the tingle happens to everyone. pineapples technically eat us back. lol don't worry, you're most likely not allergic.

Pineapple affects the taste of food after you eat it and tingles your tongue because of the strong enzymes in it! That’s why it’s best to eat last as a desert helps and is super good for digestion.

So there is an enzyme in pineapple that basically starts eating away at your mouth. Thats why your mouth tingles and it alters the taste of your food!! It happens to me too
