hey Martha!! As a chronic ingrown toenail sufferer, try and book an appointment at a local podiatrist, you can pay roughly £40 (might be more in London) and they’ll cut the ingrown out for you/advise where to go from there 🤗💛💛 I feel your pain tho no one talks about how painful they are xo
