Hello! You’re doing good with the low impact exercises/ walking exercises. You may want to take your measurements because you may lose more inches than fat but you should see a change if you are consistent. You have to also incorporate changes to your diet; especially cut back on the carbs and increase your protein. There are free apps to help with this. Thanks for sharing your morning routine. 😊
