Best advice my nutritionist gave me was to eat when your hungry, stop when you're full. I just wait until I reach the point in the day that I go "I could eat" and then eat something, instead of letting the societal norms of what time everyone eats meals dictate things. Sometimes that means I don't eat breakfast, other times I do. Just listen to your body.

It’s great that you are feeling better with the fasting, but just some advice you should be careful. My dad did fasting and it worked great for him. My mom tried and she now only eats 1 meal a day, fasting everyday. I feel like it has given her a bad relationship with food and it was really easy for her to slip into disordered eating because she just said she was sticking to a “diet”. But again it works for some people as well so best of luck!

Intermittent fasting is not it, this just encourages eating disorders. I did it before and created a unhealthy relationship with food. Many nutritionists have spoken on harmful this is. Usually love the calm vibes of your content, but hope you don’t continue to encourage this diet culture.

@@melissaproulx2101 yes it was yummy! I had zucchini, tomatoes, red onions, and I use orange peppers instead of red peppers. I like olive oil, adobo, cilantro, salt and pepper on my chicken. Also a little diff is that I use the roast function on my Ninja foodi grill instead of making my house hot from my oven.

Ashley... the reason you're feeling "tight" and "lean" is because you're not eating enough. Feeling lightheaded to the point of nearly passing out after a workout because you're restricting when you can eat is not normal or healthy. I would really caution you putting any sort of content like this out on the internet, there are so many impressionable young viewers who might see you doing this and think it's something they should try.
@meredithwilliams26352 жыл бұрын
Exactly what I was thinking and worrying for. Starving yourself is not the way to “look good”. Even if it’s temporary

yeah i've also seen some videos saying that there has been done research that says that intermittent fasting can actually have adverse effects for women around her age so it worries me that she's doing it :/

I can see Ashley in this apartment to relax and meditate. But I hate when brands only think of numbers and not what the person portrays. Alisha is a pure party animal and copycat of insta baddies and her vibe does not portray this gorgeous vibe. And that ruins this trip or the brand for me!
@abby010152 жыл бұрын
I think it’s a tight get together with the brand considering only a handful of people went. I know their close friend works for the brand so I’m sure that’s how it all came to be.

EMBRACE your stomach. You are a woman with a uterus. Own it 💪🏼 I love your channel, but I have to say, all of this talk about diet culture “clean” eating and not embracing your body the way it is has been triggering the past few videos. Again, I love this channel but I hope those topics aren’t praised as much as they have been recently.
