How can you expect na uunlad ang Philippines eh walang disiplina halos mga Pilipino? Yung maliit na candy wrapper hindi pa magawa itapon sa basurahan. Dura ng dura kung saan saan. Hi PMSK, first time kong mag comment pero matagal na akong nanonood ng vlogs mo. I can't help it but ask kasi sobrang curious ako palagi sa TIME ng routine mo everyday. Kasi it seems like ang dami mong nagagawa in a day. Simula morning hanggang sa pag luto at kain niyo ng dinner? Baka pwede po mag request to add the time of your activities, kasi sobrang naffascinate ako that you are able to do different things in a day, which is quite impossible for me here in the PH. I try to manage my time but given the situations, mejo mahirap mag accomplish at magpunta sa iba't ibang lugar sa isang araw. I enjoy watching your vlogs lalo na pag may mga ginagawa kang errands :) Take care!

May Hyperthyroidism rin po ako, don’t stop your meds po, after 2-3 years sakin po ung Methimazole ko one tablet twice a week nalang, then naging 1 tablet once a week.

Hello po PMSK💗 Share ko lang po, I have hyperthyroid before, Hindi namin alam until I got hospitalize bcoz of that, I got thyroid storm which is very hard po, Always makinig po sa doctor because too much thyroid can cause problems sa body po, I undergo to radioactive therapy, now I have hypothyroid & maintenance for life 😅

Ang stress na narereceive ko po sa work ko, sguro as a fraud and compliance analyst sa isang call center ay mag email ng mga agents na nahuhulihan ng mga bawal like phones inside the floor. Being a compliance officer, bawal makipag usap talaga sa kanila kahit nasa iisang production floor lang kami para makita namin sla. Pero as a friendly person, it is stressing me out na baka may mag issue saken na favoritism ako kahit saglit ko lg knausap ung agent or team lead na kase it happened na before. Pero I do not think about it too much naman. I also need to be mindful sa mga iniisip ko, kase I do not want to burden my self about small things. Tho nakakalungkot pag si agent matatanggal dahil sa mga callout namin.

Ung ate q po dating nagwork sya s jeddah, puro sya work tapos sobra laki ng bahay, ung 2mos n sweldo nia hnd n binigay. Napilitan syang tumakas kc nga gutom npo. Kya nagtry po aq mag pm s tv patrol. Matagal bago po nila nabasa ung message q, mga 3weeks bago nabasa, after nun contact n nila aq tpos ung lugar kung saan napunta ung mga tumatakas n mga workers. After 3 days nakauwe po ate q.Trauma po tlg pra s knya kya ayaw nia ng umalis dn ng bansa. Ingat po tlg tau s mga lugar n pupuntahan ntin dpt sure tau s agency n papasukan nio bgo kau magdecide mangibang bansa. Buhay tlg ung kapalit minsan

I just wanted to share a lesson that I learned yesterday during my Constitutional Law 2 yesterday from Judge: "WE CANNOT IMPOSE OUR STANDARD TO OTHERS!" If you think that what she meant is negative or bad but what she think is good please remember "NOT TO IMPOSE YOUR STANDARD" to others because we all have different mindset. If you think you're right then, so be it! You don't have to tell them or you don't have to make a comment about it and make a big issue for JUST A SMALL one, because sometimes this will cause into depression or insecurity to others especially to the victim or the person your giving a comment. AGAIN, Remember we have our own mindset. Hirap talaga mag kasakit PMSK. Ako na may autoimmune disease (SLE, Rheumatiod Arthritis, Scleroderma) wala pa naman gamot dun. Naka-maintenance medicine na nga ako ngayon. Evey month punta sa hospital for laboratoy and consultation. Nakakapagod mag kasakit. Sana gumaling na tayo PMSK. 😟
