I have one of those medical bags from a army surplus store they are Polish or German we think, we are not sure but it was never used. It comes with all the items a blank book, a unsharpened pencil and unfortunately a rectal thermometer which one of my friends placed in his mouth to see if it worked before we read the side of the little tube case it was in. but everything is good for our cosplay set up it looks legit because it is and my medical officer I have ever seen her so happy when we gave her this
