To anyone hating, including you sebbyastian, its really simple. The game was in legal trouble and in America it can take months even years to get a final sentencing so ofc they would not work on the game during that time as it is very possible their game could still be taken down. Additionally to avoid more legal trouble they HAD to change the character models because imagine being taken down once you don’t want that to happen again, so the people to blame for the shutdown are gamefam for their attack on anime adventures due to their desire to take down their competitor. If you don’t know what this is in reference to gamefam is a company that owns a share of astd and they were in competition before aa got taken down. This was definitely targeted as literal mha games were never taken down. All im saying is lay off of the aa devs. Im sure the legal battles were very difficult and now they are ready to work on the game.

People seem to be confused, nothing i said was out of hate, i love this game, I wouldnt be level 300 if i hated it. I can come off as firm as thats the way my people are 😭In England people are gonna tell you how things are without the bs. I was only calling the game out on things because i want it to see it in its best form, if i see things i dont like, im going to say i dont like it wether people agree or not, im not going to lie. I can understand why a lot of people saw it as hate but i can promise you, it was all out of love. Its not really peoples fault to have these expectations though, aa should not have said they were working the WHOLE year as this had peoples expectations through the roof but shouldve mentioned the legal stuff (even though they are limtied to how much they can say). They themselfs said they were going to be on the same level as other TD games which they did not deliver on. Yes they had good reasons to not meet the standards but they should have communicated that instead of saying they did meet them. Communication has never been a strong point for aa. I have heard they are adding all the good QOL features in the next update though so i cant wait to see that.

I was mainly excited to play AA because of how good the models were, it was incredibly disappointing to see the changes, it actually did feel like defenders, although not all the models were changed, but a lot of the ones i really wanted got changed. I'll still play it but the excitement is gone

My problem is they have changed models for things that didn't even need to be changed, not only that, they had no transparency on what they were doing so it was a shock to see so much change. I hope they start changing models further down the road bit by bit to look more like their original counterpart. EDIT: CONGRATS ON 100K THOUGH!!! I found you back at 15-20k subs I think, and was shocked by how consistent and great your content was in comparison to others. In fact I commented a long time ago saying you'd blow up, and I have no doubts you'll go much further than 100k, but it's a huge milestone nonetheless, congrats!

If they changed the model it was probably for a good reason and some people don't realize they weren't working on the game for the entire year most of the time was probably legal stuff which you cant really disclose to the public.

sorry to tell you but they 100% had to change the models. you really think AA just wanted to change the models to look ass? that's a terrible point ofc AA would prefer to have genuine models accurate to the anime. they already said multiple times they are willing to change the models of the units to fit the players likes more, but simply put the community is just terrible at suggesting reworks, most of them are generally not very well constructed and 50% of them are saying bring back og models. 100% agree on transparency though it would've been better if they communicated it though.

I LITTERALLY got my first unqiue TODAY, at lvl 165, i finally got my first unique- and i got unique on bulma, but then i found out you could trait transfer over at the wish girl as a new mechanic, tho you cna only transfer the trait to a duplicate of the unit itself. Could you please make a video discussing this problem. I'm actually so infuriated and i haven't ever spend a single dollar in the trait rerolls in the game.
