What a cool idea for a hotel! It's unfortunate that (1) you can't buy the adorable teddy bear and/or plane (2) the seats weren't powered (complete with a bit of motion to simulate a touch of turbulence) and (3) the meal wasn't very good. I do love the simulated view out of the windows. The hotel should continue to offer this room! I think it would always be booked.

It looks like an interesting experience. The view of the water would sell it to me- that was lovely. I have to admit the food from Lawson looked better than the in-flight meal, and breakfast looked good. Thanks for taking us along on this adventure.

This was such an unusual and thoroughly enjoyable video! I felt like a kid again, as I have always been fascinated by flying and commercial aviation. I grew up in Cleveland Ohio in the 1950s/60s, and Lawson was a local convenience store. They disappeared from the USA many years ago, and it was such a surprise to find them in Japan, the same logo, lettering and all! Thanks for always bringing us such interesting travel experiences!

Yeah g'day, I totally love the uniquely unusual theme of this room and I believe that there are other themed hotels to be checked like the train spotter's themed hotel near a major train station and the Gojira-themed one but I am not sure of their locations. The meatball curry looks different and tasty but then again like you, I love curry and rice. Thank you for this interesting little adventure. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

This is the niftiest trip you've taken us on to date. Maybe the meals weren't first class, but you didn't starve. BTW, I wouldn't say that your obsessed with curry, but I think that if you didn't have it regularly, you might develop withdrawal systems. I feel the same way about pastry. lol. What a strange but cool idea for a hotel room. The teddy bear in the airplane seat was precious. The lack of the best part of the asparagus -- the shoot tip -- being on the asparagus was not. That's almost as sad as being served up a plate of broccoli stalks and no florets.

This has to be the most interesting, fascinating video of a hotel that I've ever seen. How cool is that to have a hotel where you feel like you're on an airplane!!!!!. Then when you go to the balcony you feel like you're on a ship. This is so neat!!. And the breakfast buffet. Wow I've never ever heard of rice, curry, fish, seaweed, tofu in a breakfast buffet!!!!!! In the United States, our buffets in hotels, cruises consists of eggs:scrambled, poached, hardboiled or fried, omlets, sausage, ham, bacon, grits, cereal, milk, tea coffee, assorted fruits. hash browns, toast, waffles, french toast, bagels, croissants, danish pastries assorted jams and jellies. Then the lunch buffets are rice, chicken, french fries, hamburgers, vegetables, mashed potatoes, corn, fried or baked fish and salads ice cream and assorted cakes, pies puddings. Your buffets are a wider selection at one meal.

Well, definitely a fun place to stay! Can you purchase "Teddy" and his Airplane with the wooden service trucks? As for the "on board meal," Cattle Class offerings!!! I was worried about your choices in the first round; as a North American, I only eat a little bread!! The second round was more to your style. You were an excellent host to look after Teddy and ensure he was secure for the next flight.
