I think Eunice is putting up a wall with Carl because she doesn't want to get too close to him so she acts mean/disrespectful towards him to "protect" herself? I don't think she means to be rude and it's unconscious on her part. And Carl is a very kind and respectful guy and he doesn't take her criticism to heart (hopefully).

@@franciscojaimes5455 Yeah regardless of what she feels, I agree, it's not an excuse to be rude. I wouldn't want to be around someone constantly putting me down even if it is unconscious. Carl's body language shows he feels discomfort around that energy as well.
