Make homemade stir fried vegetables and jazzmine rice with fried chicken with a twist of garlic lamb chops or fried Scallops

Grab a whole chicken , cook it in the air fryer or bake it and put it on broil after it’s done cooking . Do some sides the first night , second night do chicken tacos or enchiladas out of the rest of the meat off the chicken . Use the bones to make some broth for soup 😊

Hi Nalome, yeah I have four kids and when I got one something I always got them all something! Food even at Walmart is getting high. I went to Walmart twice yesterday lol! I got me a good smelling candle yesterday! I’m bad to buy candles I love them! Mine was different than the one you got. I almost got me a Halloween gown. But, I passed it up because I thought I don’t have to have that. I would put stuff in my buggy and then I would put it back lol!! My youngest son came in from Indiana yesterday and I’m sooooo excited to see him!! I LOVE YOU guys so much!! I talk about how sweet and nice you are! Loved the Bible verse!! Your meals sounds good! They put a certain amount on a card based off your income and you get once a month and can spend it at stores that accept food stamps. It can only be spent on food stamps, juice , water and veggies . I never thought about using Tostitoes cheese in place of chez wiz. I do use V8 Picante juice in my chili to help get more veggies in. Nice trick for the kids to get veggies. Thanks for the tip.
