IF so then make some ointment up with some black wort we call it comfrey in uk and massage it every night you can add a bit of ginger as well for heat or anything else you may have available I think it will give you relief IF it wasnt the shoulder making you quiet then i do understand why you may be simmering under the surface about recent matters .P.S jimmy's rice & peas were perfect last Sunday and i have to do it again this Sunday for all my family Thank you for your cooking tips 🥰I have bought a new pot which looks like your pots but its for a cooker not a fire
