staying upgraded IS WAY TO BROKEN EVEN CONCEPTUALY so my nerf is every time you die you lose 50% of the chips(aka you go down one rank or just lose half of them if you had any) that way you can leave his stats mostly the same since he now gets punished for being braindead (also forgot to say his 1 sp now also gives him the chips whenever he dies so its basically live insurance

The nerf that will make him balanced is when ge dies he goes back to stage one like surge. If this makes him useless then just lower the amount of tokens he needs to level up

My idea to sort of «rework» him so he isnt so OP, is to make it so that the super (and maybe main attack) will deal more damage when you are far away from the target. The star power should only reload 1 or 2 ammo on takedown, and you should lose 50%, 25% or 75% of your tokens when you die. I would also nerf the super charge rate that his super gives because that thing is GODDAMN FAST and you shouldnt be able to chain supers like that

Honestly, he’s a good brawler, I would say a tier. He’s no kit, Larry and lawrie, or Melodie but he still is a very good brawler. If they nerf the super charge rate you get from his super, so you can’t chain it as much, he will be balanced

this is Supercell my guy, they release broken brawlers and then nerf the hank out of them after couple weeks when everyone already abused them, but honestly to me Clancy doesn't actually seem that broken really, he dies a lot and takes time to get to 3rd stage and his attack is kinda mid as well and he's pretty much dead against throwers and snipers, his super I see it kinda like griff or shelly but wider so ig good against tanks or assassins

Here's honest review! =Clancy depends heavily on good teammates! for 1st and 2nd stage! =Clancy can't deal with stress matchup till 1&2 stage! =Depending on 3rd stage which takes ages to happen! & Facing "pro's" players who knows it mechanism this brawler will struggle!
