Sir, meri ek query hai, mai jab bhi humog hp IUi 150mg leti hu, mujhe ovaries mein cyst ban jate hai..ek tube block hai aur hydrosalpinx bhi hai due to appendix surgery in past. One tube is open, but ab mai IVf aur IUi keliye bhi nahi ja sakti as eggs na banke cyst ban jate hai 3- 5 cm ke. Due to which my AMH has gone down.Doctorse ne kaha hai IVF mein toh aur high power lagenge so we cant go with this in ur case. I have conceived in past naturally thrice but did not sustain. Laproscopy karwa chuki hu, all wr normal except tubal blockage and hydrosalpinx. So he clipped it but again pani jama ho jata hai.Sare tests normal, periods bhi. What should i do. Now i am left with one tube but with 1 or two follicles
