I want to start training HEMA and have been looking at different jacket and I love this jacket but I want a jacket that will be suitable for different weapons so i think I am going to go with the AP Light NG 800.

Yeah, 800N is a good idea as it's become somewhat of a standard in many places. There is also an 800N version of the officer if you like this design. Cheers!

I wish I could afford one of these to fit over my fat body; even better would be one that would work as a daily wearing jacket as well. Thanks for the review.

You're very welcome! Keep in mind that this is specialised sports equipment specifically designed for HEMA, so it's not really practical as an everyday jacket. :)

@@historyandsabre Oh, I know. It would just be "kewl" as the kids say, to have that style in a daily coat as well as one for sword exercise. But, alas, I hate to consider what a 4x sized jacket would cost since I'm a fat old fart :D

@@wlewisiii Gotcha. You might wanna look at reenactment shops online for military style jackets or go for a classic navy peacoat ;)
