You know, I found the best way to watch this show after a long day. And that is, turn off all the lights in the room, (except maybe leave one of your fave synth(s) behind you so you can see some tiny lights blinking) and immerse yourself into the music. It kinda made me feel like I was part of the show :) (Cats are welcome to watch the show with you. But make sure you give them their dinner first :)

Nothing ever beats German Ambient/Electronic music. There are just a few equals when in terms of a whole scene. Putting up more than an hour of abstract instrumental non-monotonous music yet with human feel and warmth unpushed or forced and without being loud and noisy and just a background sound is something lots of Ambent makers can't perform. Salutes to Germany and big names such as Klaus Shulze and all other great German fellows. Hallo! Nein, das weiß ich leider nicht. Vielleicht gab es Copyright Probleme, die haben ja massenweise Alben von anderen Künstlern hochgeladen. Ich persönlich habe da nichts gegen, da ich mich immer freue, wenn meine Musik angehört wird. Aber möglicherweise sind da andere Labels oder Vertriebe gegen vorgegangen.

Was ich nicht verstehe: Ich brauche für ein solches Setup zwei, maximal drei Synths. Für was brauchst Du das ganze Zeug auf der Bühne?

Dieses Set hätte auch mit einem kleineren Setup gespielt werden können. Davor habe ich aber alleine gespielt, bei dem alle Sounds live bzw. per Midi aus den Synthesizern kamen ohne VST Instrumente und Backings. Das ist ohne einen gewissen Materialaufwand nicht zu machen. Nebenbei macht es mir auch großen Spaß, das sollte beim Musikmachen als Motivation immer Grund genug sein.
