SPH's Box Turner for seeds, LTM-4200

The Seed Box Turner - Tipper of the LTM-4200 series is a super efficient way to discharge "bare" seeds, grains or cereals in a safe and dust-free environment. Untreated or treated seeds to be emptied from a bin, box, container or octabin can be placed in this machine. When the box is placed inside the installation, a speed rolled door closes and your dust exhaust system will start aspirating. The box is locked at the top to prevent is from tumbling over and the box is turned almost 180 ̊ and discharged into a silo. The process can be monitored with level sensors. After discharging, the seeds flow to a silo, machine or can be further transported by means of a bucket elevator or vacuum pneumatic transport system.
