I have an Retention Maxillary Sinus Cysts! And I’ve read this can cause Cushing Disease, in which I have many Cushing Symptoms! Can it?

I have a sphenoid mass, but I’ve had two ct scans and they both say different things. One says mucocele and that was found on ct plus mri. The second one years later says sphenoid retention cyst. So now I am confused :(. I saw an ent and he said watch and wait but lately I’ve been having horrible ear pain, cheek pain and constant bloody noses all on the left side which is where it is. How do I get a doctor to take this serious? I’m so tired of the pain and it makes me not want to live. They just keep giving me antibiotics and I’ll be ok for a bit then the pain comes right back.

if I have a small one by my eye and a nickle size on on the middle/side of my nose? I believe they are said to be in the ethmoid sinuses. I KNOW I didnt have them before my drs advice. I TRULY believe it was a direct result of my dr's advice to nasal irrigate with these nasal antibiotics/sterioids and BABY SHAMPOO!!!!!??? I am so scared it form a cancerous cyst bc I AM CERTAIN they werent there before. What are you thoughts?

@@binodmahto8476 still not doing well unfortunately. My ent seems to think mine is nothing to worry about . Yet I get so much pressure on my face in that area even makes my facial muscles tighten up bad

I had a CT Sinus done & today, I follow up with my ENT for my results. I am so scared. I read that I have “mucosal thickening in the sphenoid sinuses.” How is that treated? I’m scared to have any type of surgery UNLESS I am awake 😩

@@navie3644 Well I have Chronic Sinusitis. My ENT doesn’t think it’s bad enough to where I would have to have surgery. WHICH IS GREAT! But after him thoroughly reviewing my CT Scan results, he believes all or at least most of the inflammation is due to allergies. So, I’ve been referred to an allergist for allergy testing & we’ll just go from there. Really hoping that allergies is the culprit & I can work on treating that for relief 🙏🏽

Mild sinusitis changes involving bilateral maxillary sinuses and few ethmoid sinus aircells along with two small mucosal Left osteomeatal complex is narrowed due to mucosal thickening Deviation of nasal septum towards left side with spur towards left impinging upon left middle turbinate. Bilateral inferior and right middle turbinate s are hypertrophied.
