The music, the artstyle, the themes, the massive immersion this anime offered was just something special compared to what many others offer. When you get into this story you share the emotions of the main characters and i wish i could relife that feeling of watching the story first time. And fun part is it all starts with this one song in the beginning, after the time spent watching the anime, this song comes to rekindle the memories and times shared with Craft and Horo/Holo. I love this song

While I listened to this, I looked out my sliding glass door. The low rays of sunlight were glowing buttery yellow through the leaves on the corn plants and apricot tree, and the entire garden was swaying and rippling in the breeze as if pushed by an underwater current. My brother sat on the step outside; the cat he had prevented from drinking the godawful chemical slurry he'd created by applying electrolysis to salt water sitting calmly in his lap. Perfection.

This has to be one of my favorite animes that isn't mainstream. Spice & Wolf is one of the better animes out there, and I am glad that I can appreciate wonderful stories like this one.

Learning this song now actually. It's a beautiful piece despite its surprising simplicity (minus the little arpeggio at 3:37, no idea why that's throwing me for a loop, tackled much worse in the past). I have to say, you definitely did an astounding job capturing the emotion of this piece.

Holo is the spelling for her name in the dubbed season released in the US. It is still synonymous with Horo, as both names refer to the same person. You don't think the song could be sad and happy at the same time? I think that's what we're all saying, is that we detect sadness and joy in parts of this song. That's all. =P
