@@Lililililili333 Mel C's solo album was very succesful both commercially and critically and allowed her to go for a more mature sound. After that she was forced to do the 3rd Spice Girls album, which she absolutely hated to do and didn't hide it at all. She was depressed, developed an eating disorder and became addicted to prescription drugs. Then she went back doing solo stuff with her 2nd album and cleared her head. Then rose the first attempt at a Spice Girls reunion including Geri but Mel C didn't want to do it because she absolutely hated being a Spice Girl. Her fans were pleading on her forum to do it but she gave out interviews that it's never gonna happen and the Spice Girls were childish and she will never wear those silly costumes again. It took a lot of time until she changed her mind and we got the reunion tour with Geri. The ones who have always been proud of the Spice Girls past are Emma and Mel B, because neither one of them have accomplished anything else. Mel C and Geri both were succesful solo at one point and Victoria has her fashion industry.

Based on an interview Mel C. did, apparently yes, Victoria WAS pretty gutted and felt severe FOMO after seeing the videos of the girls back on stage. They are hoping to get some more gigs in the future, at least some one offs, with the hope that Victoria will take the stage with the group again.

She actually admitted having sex with one woman on Howard Stern in 2003, which was obviously Mel B and he asked her and she just laughed and said she will never ever tell but we all knew. I just can't see Victoria commiting to them and the workload again. If she does one show, she has to know the whole set up, choreography, she probably hasn't really sung in years so she would have to take months to get ready for such a huge crowd. The others worked hard, they also worked hard at the promotion. They were getting up in the middle of the night, to do loads of breakfast morning tv and radio things...i just can't see Victoria putting in that workload anymore as her passion for the group and music seems to have gone.
