@Yeshayahu How is DNA fake? Some of you fools will take paternity tests to see if you've fathered bastards, but you won't trust DNA science to prove your lineage!!!! Tribes have moved about and intermingled throughout history, if you read European history the Vikings were enemies of the British, but you'll find Nordic blood in some British people.

I had friend there Amadou and Diarietou, when not going to school, I would spend time playing with them in the bushes. My mom couldn't understand why, but as kid I was passionate and curious about they lifestyle. But when the rainy season come, they can pack and go in one night, what used to make me sad. This people live rudimentary but are not poor. Fulanis have so much knowledge about healing with plants and herb, it is good to have them as friends. @@PAGoldenglovechamp06 Somalis are a Cushitic people indigenous to the Horn of Africa. No people in Africa call themselves "Black" they go by their ethnicity/tribe and clans. The people who lost that and don't know their ethnicity tend to identify themselves with their skin colour. I'm Luo and Kenyan but I see my future wife as nothing but Fulah. In a few years when I will be legible to marry, I will travel to The Gambia and find myself a beautiful Fulah girl. A real man goes for what he wants, what he loves and takes care of it!

its so interesting reading the caption; its a good translation of the first man speaking but I feel that a lot of it is missing and mostly summarized. it was more like: "this is where I am now (my home, my land) this is how I will 'grow' my life, little by little. I never imagine to change my life style. With our way we can get (purchase) whatever by selling cows; even by just selling cows we get our money. Even if we may not sell many cows (hypothetically); even if we only sell one cow, it could be like two months before we will need to sell another. With that money we could be using it little by little. we sell wisely, if we sell so often everyone (costumers) would leave us." I am Fulani and Mende from Guinea and Sierra Leone so the Fula Language differs a little bit in pronunciation but i understood well enough.

4:45 When I saw the word NUNU a house song I grew up dancing to by Lidell Townsell came to mind. Thanks for creating an agricultural relationship that I can have with this name. Reading "The Healing Drum..." book by Yaya Diallo planted the name of the Fulani into my consciousness years ago, which brought me here today.
