Cool but you're missing the point, a lot of these kids listen to Dancehall, Spice is one of the artist they listen to, no matter how you grow your kids you don't know what they listen to while at school or when you're not around. For Spice to go around and talk to kids I know for a fact there is going to be a few girls who are Spice fans, and will take a positive message from her more than anybody else. You don't want no "slack" artist speak to your kids but nobody else has the influence but them, kids not listening to no reggae artist speech

Also, Spice entertains for adultS. If these children are consuming her music, isn't that a deficiency of parenting? Spice is a parent, I'm sure her daughter isn't engaging in what she sings about.

I'm gonna post the comment i made on duty berry's post re Spice's tour: "Spice saying she's shock by the backlash is insulting my intelligence. anyways..... Thinking about this critically: At first, since Spice is an adult entertainer (adult being legally defined as 18+), this tour would have been more suited for universities rather than high schools. But then I remembered-the age of consent in Jamaica is 16. And where do you find 16-year-olds? High school. A better approach might have been to limit attendance to students aged 16 and older. Regardless of the church’s objections, the reality is that legally, 16-year-olds can have sex, and many already are. This tour could have been an opportunity to spark broader discussions on consent, boundaries, sexual assault, and sexual empowerment-for both girls AND BOYS!" Let's call for her to include some all boys school on the tour please! cause society has shown that men do not understand that no means no."

Spice has truly grown because if it was the old Spice she would’ve told Stewart Jacob’s to pay attention to his teachers that are sleeping with the underage students. She should be the least of their worries, because she is harmless. If they have a problem with her persona they should run back her millions that she has earned from her platform of “indecency.”

Last time I checked the schools could easily find the musically talented . The operative words being “ musically & talented “ I.e musically talented singers & players of instruments “ Spice does not fit that criteria by a long shot .Roman Virgo , mortimer & Marcia Griffiths are better choices Fickle minded Ari again proves she’s not the brightest - only a fool try’s to separates what Grace Hamilton peddles from Spice Spice & grace are one of the same in what she chiefly does which is peddling explicit slackness & brawling Until she cleans up her act on Stage & in her songs - she needs to sit down Ari & co are part and parcel in the dumbing down of the culture They are a generation that’s been forced fed mediocrity that it now sweetens there palate . It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to realise that spice peddles mixed messages all the time .

Nah, I'm with the church with this one. Given Spice's content, she's basically telling the kids "Do as I say, not as I do". We can all agree that makes no sense. If anything, her presence might influence a lot of kids to start consuming her content and might even result in them "Do as I sing". It is unfortunate, but it is what it is.

Hey I hear you and I appreciate your opinion on this matter However I think your take is a bit one sided It was the church and the PTA that pushed back against the tour so parents were involved in the decision To share your views only on the church I think is unfair and one sided As well we need to allow just views and equate things correctly If I am a renowned pastor or gospel artiste and you saw me in the club every Saturday night I am sure you would not want to go to my church, let alone listen to me preach, if nothing else I would be branded as a hypocrite and barraged on social media And yet someone as publicly lewd as spice should be allowed to speak to my child on what not to do is equally as hypocritical

Why wasn’t this energy had for the rest of her peers in dancehall? Make it make sense. All of a sudden spice is the worse and raunchiest dancehall artist when she doesn’t even have a song endorsing oral sex. There are far more raunchier artist than her and they go into the schools everyday.

I am curious why you guys did not include the ‘PTA body’ in you guys argument regarding the push back on Spice’s tour as if it’s only the church that was involved. So it’s either you guys didn’t do the proper research on the matter or just blatantly ignore that part to try paint a bad picture on the church. I don’t like that. If I was a betting man I can assure you guys that the PTA body push back had more weight than the church and we know why that would be. Javi I am disappointed in you mostly knowing you are a parent. @ I appreciate your input but I wasn’t negating the fact that other acts that do the same or worse as Spice are invited into various schools. I was just pointing out that they only pin point the church being apart of the backlash. I honestly don’t think entertainers of that sort should be in schools unless it’s a target audience for specific topics/situations. Spice had a great initiative but the cons would outweigh the pros. Example. Kids that weren’t aware of who Spice is would definitely go ahead to research based on their curiosity and what would they find? Big up u self Bri. Love Alone Queen❤️
