I respect what Boniface has achieved; his agitation over the years has had some impact. His association with Martha Karua and Willy Mutunga though dilutes his message. Willy Mutunga was the most unfortunate CJ we could have had as a country after the new constitution. He was the single most important figurehead in implementing the new constitution but failed us miserably. Now seeing him back in the streets as an 'activist' is very laughable. For Martha Karua, I cannot type here what she was responsible for in 2007/8. Anyway, we all have some sort of bias and if associating with Karua and Mutunga is what Mwangi chooses, then I guess it is what it is.

The country needs to move on. Lives and welfare of 60,000,000 people can not be jeopardised by the ambitions of one one man, however holy and honest he claims to be. If he understands history, he will have appreciated the experience of Sir Neville Chamberlain, who was told- Go, for Heavens's sake. Go. He went and is now a common reference to the ignominy of those who overstay their welcome.
