Hi. I love pork just as much as you do. This gave me another idea for your Sunday special. Thick fatty pan fried pork pieces with seasoning of your choice and eaten with sauerkraut (traditional German pickled white cabbage - this can be shop bought or easily made at home). To serve the cabbage with the pork I usually fry some onions and add the cabbage and a little bit of suggar for sweet and sour taste. It's really tasty with boiled potatoes or just on its own. 😊

@@mukbangPari In the last few decades, people got too fat in the UK and certain breeds of pigs were bred for more 'lean' pigs. It IS getting better now and people are WANTING for flavour/fat and usually enjoying fat in all pork,beef,chicken etc. I would rather have really good quality with fat/flavour but eat less of it. 😁👍❤
