Hey Ray!!! Good to see this wonderful cajon boil!!! Looks good! I love how you put the boiled eggs in it, the sausage, onions, hot peppers and all our ancestors seasonings!!!! The broth looks soooo good! A good bowl of rice will accent it!!!! I cant wait to get the ingredients for it. I cant have spicy food bc my stomach wont tolerate it but I will cut ingredients in half and it will still taste good. You hang in there brother. Miss your singing!!!😊🙏🤗

I'm curious to know did the eggs absorb the flavors beneath? I'm going to try to up my egg game as I've recently heard that eggs help relieve joint pain, of which I am a sufferer. I normally don't fool with eggs unless they are well done. I like them but they don't like me back unless well done or boiled. 😃
