I also keep my circle small and that’s why its so important to love yourself and your own company. On another note, I used to live in skyway too but currently living in Capitol Hill. I’m so thankful you were able to share your story even though you were hesitant about it. I had attended my first semester of college this year and I have had fall outs along the way because the friends I made they used me for their own benefit and convenience. We also didn’t share the same mindset; they were mostly worried about boys and parties. I will admit I had fallen into the habit of that as well, but now as second semester starts I really want to focus on myself and my future, but I’m finding it really hard to let go of the friend that I have left. I had made friends with her friend who is actually so much nicer than her, along with her family. But hearing you say it’s okay to let go really did help me. Thank you!❤
