Yeah, but.... it's bow as in.... "take a bow" after a performance. "Bow" like, similar to a curtsey. It's not pronounced like the bow, as in "a bow for your hair". 😊

A friendly tip: dont use a metallic object (fork, spoon, knife etc) to stir in a non stick pan. those pans are usually coated with teflon and other chemicals to make the pan non stick and appear shiny. Using a metalling utensil to stir the food in the pan could leave scratches in the pan and also takes away the teflon coating from the pan and into your food. It is roumoured that teflon is actually cancerous to health so STAY SAFE, cuz we luv u ❤
