Hey Poonam u can go for Knoor Aromat Powder. Oyster many are available in the MKT including the Veg one so use accordingly

Oyster is haram according to hanafi school which is predominant in India, but in shafi'i school it is permissible, if you are hanafi you can't consume it but since I am a shafi'i it is permissible for me
