Those dumplings look good. I like boiled dumplings & fried dumplings. I like fried more since they got that light touch of crispy texture to it at the bottom. *Chef’s kiss.* I dip mine in soy sauce with chopsticks as well as sushi. As far as sushi goes, I like the California roll & the Philadelphia roll.
