Mixed Sprouts (matki, chana, mung) : 150 grams
Onion (chopped) - 2 medium
Tomato (chopped) - 2 medium
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Curry leaves
Cooking oil - 3-4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/3 tsp
Salt to taste - approx. 1.5 tsp
