Smoky, spicy, tangy Baingan Bharta and Rice is another decent combination! I am vegetarian so I must say the Masoor daal looked very delectable 🤤 made me want to make and eat it too. He should try slow cooking it next time when he returns from the ship, it will taste even better I bet! All in all, enjoyable video, especially more so because Bhainu Bhaiya prepared the food 👍🏽

8:29 microwave it for 30 second or 1 minute and take it out from microwave and let it rest for couple of minutes. It will become same as baked fresh, flaky from outside and hot from inside. This trick always works, with everything that turned soggy from crispy and crunchy, cookies, biscuit, patties, toast, everything. Doesn't work with breads, bcz breads become chewy after you microwave it You can thank me later 😅
