Hello all friends! Today I have a new recipe that I cooked bamboo shoot to make a pickled recipe for eating with deep-fried Clarias Macrocephalus fish. I digging the bamboo shoot near my village in the small river.

I am so glad to see you all have come up with a better way to share the food. In the past, you have been going from house to house and there's nothing wrong with it because you're doing a good deed from the heart. You spend a lot of time gathering ingredients and then preparing everything to be cooked is a lot of work and you all must be exhausted. Cooking is enjoyable and very therapeutic but in the end you all must be tired. Glad to see friends and neighbors come and gather to get their most delighted share of the day. I mean you can just sit and relax there after the meal, of course there will still be cleaning up afterwards but don't get me wrong on this, isn't that nice that you no longer have to be going for a walk from house to house to distribute after an exhausting day? You all deserved a good rest. Anyway, I love what you all have prepared and cooked today. Bamboo shoots do tastes great especially you have spicy pickled them and served with fried fish. Perfect meal👍. By the way, do you have "jute" or saluyot leaf vegetable in your area? Jutes are so great to cook with bamboo shoots and fried fish seasoned with fermented salted fish. I hope you'll make that dish too in the future. You all have a great weekend and you all take care.
