SPICY puff SALAD with CHICKEN and prunes for the NEW YEAR 2024! VERY TASTY and SIMPLE!

Light, tender and tasty New Year's chicken salad. It's not complicated, but you get the perfect, zesty-tasting holiday salad. The ingredients combine wonderfully with each other. All guests will be delighted with this salad!
»» ❤ what to cook for the NEW YEAR 2024:
RECIPE:
Boiled chicken breast - 300 grams;
Prunes - 100 grams;
Walnuts - 50 grams;
Fresh cucumber - 120 grams (1 piece);
Boiled eggs - 3 pieces;
FOR REFUELING:
Sour cream - 150 grams;
Grainy mustard - 1 teaspoon;
Table mustard - 1 teaspoon;
Salt and ground pepper - to taste.
PREPARATION:
1. Boil the chicken breast. Cut into small cubes.
2. Boil eggs hard.
3. Grind the nuts into crumbs.
4. Finely chop the prunes.
5. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
6. Grate the chicken whites on a coarse grater and the yolks on a fine grater.
7. To prepare the dressing, mix sour cream, mustard, season with salt and pepper to taste, stir.
8. Place chicken meat in the first layer on the dish and season evenly with dressing.
9. Then add a layer of prunes and chopped nuts, season evenly with dressing.
10. Next layer of egg whites and cucumber, season evenly with dressing.
11. Distribute the grated yolks evenly in the final layer.
12. Place the salad in the refrigerator to steep and soak for 1-2 hours.
13. Decorate the salad and serve.
