These are my favorite ramen. I’m so addicted, it’s not even a joke. Every 2-3 days I crave these Shin Ramen. and everything else I try is just never that good for me. And I always have to use the amount of water as it says on the instruction bc more water is diluted imo and with less water it’s different too. 550 ml as said on the instruction is just perfect 😄 edit: came back to add that I paused this in the middle, made myself two packs of them and had it for breakfast 😂 i can’t believe I managed to have two packs today. I really need to get kimchi again (but lately the asian grocery store doesnt have my favorite :() bc I have to admit these ramen I’ve never had with kimchi before)

Genuine question but is there a massive difference in authentic Korean/East Asian food compared to what we have in the West? As everything here is full of MSG and all these awful preservatives etc but East Asians themselves are very healthy and have gorgeous skin so I'm assuming authentic versions of these foods aren't as bad for you?
