Lesley the solution to keep the food away is to make vlogs on different topics than food. Like culture, churches, traditions, local customs,etc. of course you can do food review intermittently. I’d also like to hear the church choir if they allow you to shoot.

Lesley n Maria, when I was about to open the main door of Spicy, I heard a loud determined THUD to my left. They have a glass aquarium at the front outside the joint, and a giant live crab was banging on the glass, probably with the intent of devouring me for a snack🎉Luckily, the glass held, or "Lesley in Goa" would have lost a fan 😂😂

Hi les, het better soon. Have lots of greens. Avocado and especially fresh lemon drinks.outdoor restuarants have lots of salt in fish so control the amount. It eould ve lovely if you do more home cooked videos maybe ideas with less salt or alternative to addd in cooking for diabetics n hbp people.❤

Dear Lesley and Maria, Here's wishing you both good health and good cheer. Hope the good doctor will be happy with the progress you have made so far and will soon give you the thumbs up to eat all the delicious Goan dishes which you so love and so do we. A recent newsreport is a little disconcerting. The Russians are back by the charter -flight loads in full force. As long as they respect the traditions and culture of Goa, its fine. But if they are going to throw their weight around, snd mess it up...I pray that they pack up fast, and leave this piece of paradise in peace. Despite the docs words of caution ..
