Prediction, the relic is going to be BiS for Azir and/or Irellia. Since both of them revolve around spamming small units and attacks, I suspect that they would get some sort of built in Quickstrike Blade support, like Rictus. Irellia specifically as she would be able to better utilize the overwhelm part.

Just had an interesting idea for a warwick build. Drakehounds, echoing spirit, and galeforce. It lets you utilize drakehounds to buff up warwicks power (assuming you can safely get two attacks off each time you have the attack token, which shouldnt be bad cause the ai doesnt always block scout attacks) and him getting recalled can let you use his play effect as removal. Might not play the best with 6* and idk how galeforce interacts with his level 2 round end effect, but its just an idea, i cant test this since i dont have drakehounds and dont plan on getting it.

At only 3 stars she's already really good. I don't think she really needs the overwhelm.
