Admittedly I was a little skeptical getting into Demon Slayer because of all the flock of hate it gets but knowing I have many friends who love the series and after hearing your opinions I might keep an open mind and step in whenever I get the chance. Great and hilarious review as always though!

When it comes to anime, movies and games, best to just take a look for yourself and make your own opinion. There are tons of times I heard this or that being so good or bad, but came out just ok once I try for myself. I mean, I think The Last of Us is one of the most overrated games ever made. It's good but not really the kind to put on a pedestal.

And yea saying that a series with a good story and just so happened to be well animated is just “carried by animation” is completely invalid and a slap in the face to the staff behind the anime. Might as well say the same for Mob Psycho 100. And the fact that One Punch Man season 2 had so and so animation but still as good writing as season one is proof that animation shouldn’t really matter that much as long as the story is still well written enough to make up for it.
