If it’s an ear infection you’ll need antibiotics, antibiotic drops probably won’t do. You’ll need the tablet form. You can use a hot towel or water bottle on your ear and the heat helps the pain, if it’s a middle ear infection it’ll hurry up the ear perforation and the infection will leak out. Tramadol won’t help the pain, paracetamol and ibuprofen will. Hope you feel better soon

Caught a crazy ear infection whilst tubing in Laos…that was 15 years ago, still suffer from it now. Ended up with perforated ear drums that even get affected by swimming or taking a bath to this day. Been cracking watching the series, looking forward to the next already…

When you sleep, keep your ear right flat and pull down on your earlobe every few mins. Stay in that position as long as you can. You could have swimmers ear and water trapped in there. Doing this will drain it.
