While I had the PS2 as a kid, I later got the Xbox version and hands down the Xbox Version is the best one since it has the overall completed game, which somehow cut the Kraven levels in the PS2, PC, and GameCube version.

There is literally no competition. The Xbox version simply steals the show with its superior visuals and a couple of exclusive levels featuring Kraven the Hunter. In comparison, the PS2 version simply cannot compete with its other counterparts. In fact, once you've seen the other versions, the PS2 version looks like an eyesore, which offers the most plain, and jarring look, as well as a shockingly choppy appearance. Moreover, the GameCube version visually fares far better in comparison to its PS2 counterpart and it even has lossless quality CGI videos. However, the lighting in the GameCube version pales in comparison to the other versions and the audio is less impressive, because it sounds a tad more tinny and the surround sound separation isn't quite as great. The GameCube version is also missing the "force crawl" function that's performed by pressing the left analog stick on the Xbox and L3 on the PS2 (unsure about PC), since the controller didn't have anymore buttons. One more thing I would like to add about the PC port is that it happens to be the worst. Looking at Spider-Man’s shadow (0:36) explains everything. I couldn’t believe it when I noticed that for the first time. This is more proof that there was no such thing as “PC Master Race” back then.

Xbox 360 has backwards compatibility for the original xbox version and ps4 I’m guessing he jailbreaked his ps4 so that it may play ps2 games backwards compatible

All those “unofficial” ways to play these games like PS2 to PS4 even modded doesn’t make it 1080p. It’s just 480p over 1080p

That's not true, the built in emulator on PS4 does improve image clarity, it's not entirely 1080p but much sharper than PS2.

These are one of the games you had to grow up with to love it. If you didn’t play this during your childhood you’re not going to like it because the gameplay is outdated compared to spiderman ps4/ps5 if you get what I’m sayin
