Came on here to say this. I did the same thing with my Mafex Spider-Man. Wrist peg snapped so I bought a $20 KO, popped the peg out and voilà, my Mafex Comic Spidey is whole again. From there out I started buying the KO’s of other figures just for spare parts.

Quick correction that "Spidercide" is Doppelganger, most known from the Maximum Carnage storyline, Spidercide is a separate monster Spidey clone, the sculpt is also not fully original, the arms and legs are from the Marvel Legends TASM2 figure and the torso is from the 6 armed Spider-Man Marvel Legends figure.

Hey CS, a recommendation I have for the broken wrist pegs on those spideys would be to buy a bootleg cheap knockoff of that figure, seeing as how they're super common, pretty cheap, and if you lose any accessories, you can just swap them out with the fake ones and, at least on mine, they're close enough to the real deal that you'll barely even notice

So your head swap idea on the diamond select spidey that came with ock got me to try something. It turns out it's on a deep double ball peg, I poped it out, carved the inside of the head then heated it up with a hairdryer and popped it on the Marvel Select Spectacular Spiderman. The red is only a little off, but now I now have a Mcfarlane style Marvel Select Spiderman!

Yes the blue and red is always a favorite but my favorite the black and white costume (which of course, as we all know became Venom , who's another all time favorite character of mine .) The Spider-man 2099 costume is fantastic too. "Kraven's Last Hunt" is on my list to grab and read because I've heard good things about the storyline. Have a good night.
