I totally agree the experience of No Way Home at theater was really wonderful ! I double-dipped the steel book and Walmart exclusive and they are on the way(both designs are so great I cannot choose) I’m looking forward to checking the quality with my own eyes and ears very soon😂

Hello, nice steelbook. I will be picking up the Walmart copy w/ slip myself. My MCU collection are all with slips including Into the Spider verse. With that said, I ordered The Batman this morning 4k steelbook at Best Buy, you mentioned it in a previous video to keep checking so I got lucky today. Thank you for the review.

IDK, The audio did have very good surround sound but the base response just wasn't my tempo but overall for the Dolby Atmos audio has very good surround sound, but not the best bass response, for me I give it a regular *A* but the picture quality of the video, I give it in *A+* because the cinematography it was just absolutely mesmerizing in the color palette is literal eye candy, but overall the movie itself is a 10/10. Anyway, keep up the good work Adam! 👍🏻👌🏻

The transfer is great. Plot wise, I can get over the plot holes and inconsistencies for the thrill of finishing the trilogy.

Bless the Sony MCU releases. It's a shame that Disney released physical media suffers from AtMouse seeing how well the MCU franchise has done. Just very recently re-watched the entire MCU on 4K (in release order) and it's always a pleasure getting to those Sony Spiderman films in the process. Night and day difference. Although I am quite happy that there have been a couple of films that have been released with a 4K DI in recent months, namely Black Widow and Eternals. I'm hoping they continue this trend, but I also wonder why No Way Home didn't have a 4K DI. Nonetheless, I get my Steelbook copy on Friday and I can't wait to watch it again on my setup!

I triple dipped in this, one of my favorite films of last year (Behind CODA, The Card Counter, A Quiet Place Part II, Drive My Car and Licorice Pizza) my favorite MCU film and my favorite Spider-Man movie. I loved most of the artwork so I got the normal slip, the steelbook for my MCU collection and shelf, and I got the Target exclusive because I loved the artwork and I get a discount since I work at a Target. I am really excited to check this out in my home theater!

Got this movie on Sony Bravia Core service about 3 weeks ago and yesterday i get 4k disc. Maybe it's time to watch this 3rd time and now with dolby atmos.

I agree with your review in part but Sony really should get a grip with IMAX Theatrical soundtracks and include these as well as the IMAX aspect ratio changes to make this a true reference disc, for me the sound , even though its in ATMOS is only a 6/10 as a result of this omission.

Well I will be excited for this should be my first Dolby vision movie watched on an x85j tv, I mean I have watched other movies, though most have been in the hdr 10 format, so I am now excited to watch this movie in its Dolby vision goodness, though I will stick with led, but I may be buying an x95k here later this year depending on how the reviewers like it, for my newish home theater… with Atmos speakers installed, in the ceiling…

I really love the artwork on this steelbook (and I really liked the movie itself), and I knew this one was definitely going to be very popular, so I pre-ordered it as *soon* as the pre-orders went live. And I actually placed a second pre-order for another copy, because Best Buy is HORRIBLE at packaging their steelbooks for mailing so they get dented/damaged half the time, so I wanted a backup just in case one came damaged I would have another chance. The first one did arrive just fine (for once) so I'm just gonna return the second one once it comes in.

I mean I think it's RIDICULOUS that I am felt the need to order a second backup copy anyway (we should NOT have to do that!), but it's because of Best Buy's TERRIBLE habit of shipping steelbooks in nothing but thin envelopes with ZERO padding/protection. In the past couple years, I have received at least a *dozen* steelbooks from BB that arrived dented/damaged. I'm not going to sell it on eBay for a huge markup like that though, because that feels dishonest/not right to me and I do not want to do that. Just MY own personal choice and feelings on my situation though.

Interesting to see Dolby Vision for this release. I'm not sure if IMDb is always accurate but it looks like this wasn't mastered in Dolby Vision - at least for the theatrical release. For me, the IMAX version looked way more stunning than the Dolby Cinema version. It does look good on the disc, though, nothing super special.

My Walmart exclusive copy was ordered yesterday afternoon and is scheduled to arrive tomorrow (on my birthday). Never saw the movie in a theater and have been waiting to run it on my Sony 77 inch OLED with Dolby Atmos. Great birthday present. As for Best Buy? I got tired of waiting and hoping the steelbook would ever stop being listed as "Coming Soon." I checked their site around 2:30 A.M. last night. It's no longer "Coming Soon." It's now "Sold Out." Like I said earlier, Best Buy can go to hell.

Steelbook is hands down the best cover for the home media release! I’m so disappointed in the others. Unfortunately I couldn’t get my hands on the steelbook, so I got the target edition which I thought looked ok. But, upon getting it I was disappointed that it was also slapped together with really lazy packaging and the “fan art cards” were a joke.

I am very thankful that Sony is mastering this 4k. They are the best in the business. I think the film relies a bit too much on nostalgia and CGI but a great time overall. Thanks for the review Adam!!

Andrew Garfield is my in both roles as Peter and Spider-Man, he had the look, lines and emotion. Holland is the worse Spider-Man for me, he lacks the presence like Toby and Andrew have. Hollands 3 films are just so childish and have such bad comedy which the music score doesn’t help either, the composer doesn’t create suspense or energy or emotion. I can’t wait till Sony takes Spider-Man back for their own franchise again as they wipe the floor with these Disney ones in my opinion

I think you are in the minority of thinking Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield are the superlative Spider-Man. My guess is you are in your forties or fifties and have an emotional attachment to Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man. He was decent but he looked way too old to be a high school and then college student. He also is an over actor and exaggerates his emotions. Andrew Garfield was excellent as the intelligent science-based nerdy Spider-Man. I won't try to change your mind on Tom Holland, I can tell you just don't like him as an actor.

Now Andrew Garfield had it all in both his films, he had the lanky look, the one liners, quirky/fun personality, the clever Peter Parker and the best swinging sequences out of all Spider-Man franchises by far. Yes you are right I just don’t like Tom Holland, he’s a whiny little kid that grates so much, he’s so clever yet does the stupidest things. A friend at work said it best, he lacks any kind of alpha male/string presence
