The VFX in this movie are insane. Well done on all the little details. But I will say, when I saw the movie at the IMAX on opening night and even a rewatch on the digital version, the scene on top of the bridge right after Peter disarms Doc Ock, the VFX…well, they aren’t great. It’s very noticeable that is a green screen. It’s right when Peter has his suit on, right before he gets the tingle and switched back to the Spidey suit when Goblin is about to toss the pumpkin bomb. It has been in the back of my mind since opening night. 😂😂 Still great overall

The shrinking building in Antman and the Wasp was actually filmed in a parking lot next to my job. With that being said, like the sanctum sanctorum, the building was actually a portable 1 floor building where the top and the back was green screen. The high rise in the wideshot was digitally added as the real high rise - which is different - was being constructed at the time. The Humpty Hump graffiti was real as the scene was filmed in Oakland.

This may seem self serving, but I love your commentary etc. because you seem to love Tom Holland's SM as much as the majority of us do. Instead of criticizing him for everything with the specific purpose of shooting him down in order to lift some others up. I can understand loving an actor/an era but not to the point of attacking the younger and better one just to feel like one is always right. Different eras bring different versions. I've seen them all and the best, no doubt is TOM HOLLAND.

I could have said that Andrew's SM was so badly written that SM came across as arrogant instead of insecure. I could have said that Tobey lost his way in the 3d installment of his journey. Those opinions are subjective but by putting them in a post that would have been shooting them down. As you see, I didn't.

Some of these were kinda easy to spot. I could tell that the flash phone call was a plate, the lighting is just a bit weird. But the VFX now for the big movies are INSANE. Watch Corridor Digital VFX Reacts episodes to see how a lot of these are done. This movie is a masterpiece.
