I don't think kang has written anything after no way home because in loki they had crossed the threshold and kang hadnt written anything after that and when sylvie killed him it gave everyone free will So if the events of nwh are occurring after the events of loki it means that everyone is now doing what they want to do according to the character they have become by kang's story

number 2 is debunked, the 2nd theatrical release of nwh addresses that at the end. Even the videos are erased,blocked or blurred peter.
