So in the spongebob episode where spongebob hides from sandy, a blue fish holds up a banana and says "hey can I go home now?" Apparently its the same voice actor as rhino. And I was like so shocked haha

The fog in this level is really weird. In most levels it is below the player but here it is above the player, blocking the sky. It's not a graphics limitation becaus3 other levels just showed a simple cityscape on the horizon. It must be a conscious choice by the devs to show Spider-Man beneath the fog that Doc Ock plagued the city with.
