You don't get a new suit at Level 50, and the black symbiote suit is not in the game at all. If you watch the post-credits scene after the main game you'll understand why it's not in this game - they're saving it for the sequel.

As many others have pointed out, there's a puff of smoke as Felicia's home explodes, indicating she either teleported away (unlikely) or she dropped through a trapdoor (more likely). She actually (unknowingly) pulled off the same trick her father did. She had to make the Maggia/Hammerhead think they killed her or they'd never stop looking for her.

"There's just too many people to like actually use your help." That literally makes no sense. The whole point of this stealth section is that you can use Black Cat to take down enemies that Spidey may not be in the proper position to take down safely. Plus you can have her take one down while you move onto the next one.
