It's main problems are its lack of flair, and its nonsensical inclusion in FFH. It's supposed to be a stealth suit, but it's got fingerless gloves, and it's still visibly Spider-Man. I would've definitely given it some kinda logo that's a mix of the Shield and Spider-Man logos, and I would've given it night vision, so the eyes turn green. Splinter Cell Spider-Man. Also, actually give Spidey a stealth mission in FFH.

I actually like the design of the MCU Iron Spider more than the comic version. I know that sounds crazy as people would immediately say it’s bad because “IT’S NOT COMIC ACCURATE”. Yet at the same time they call him Iron Boy jr. So imagine how much worse it would’ve been if the Iron Spider suit was basically a Iron Man suit with a Spider-Man design style as that’s practically what the comic Iron Spider suit is, a Iron Man suit with Spider-Man eyes and spider symbol with the iron spider legs being the only original thing. At least with the MCU Iron Spider suit, it has a much more Spider-Man look to it as it’s red and blue with a gold trim. It honestly makes sense why Peter would use it so much after getting it because not only is it probably the most advanced and strongest out of all of his suits, but the nanotech honestly just makes it so easy to take on and off as he simply just needs to will it to happen. He doesn’t need to run into a back alley, take his normal clothes off, and then suit up like the other suits. Here, all he needs to do is find a little secluded spot and will the nanosuit on and then bam, he’s in business. Basically, it’s the most functionally superior out of all of his suits so of course it would’ve been his go to suit until No Way Home happened.

Ok so can i say something... what you wanted him to use the iron spider suit for is exactly what happened bar a couple occasions, notable in the new movie when he confronts the woman from MIT where he had to quickly take off his spidey suit when he talked to her which the nano tech allowed him to do... along with providing plot convenience when confronting doc ock but to avoid major spoilers i wont say anything.. but like i was saying he literally designed the red and black suit when he had the ability to make a new iron spidey suit right next to it, what you wanted to happen is what happened

Your complaints about the Iron Spider are kinda like… What? Isn’t that exactly what they do? He wears it for Infinity War which carries on to endgame, okay good, Avenger’s level threat. Abandons it in Far from home because it would be impossible to transport the charging station, (Not counting the deleted scene.) and in No way home his intention is to use it to help track down the lady (using The suit’s built in speaking AI) to try to appeal his friends for their college, a brief fight scene immediately after where we can’t see the suit’s full potential because Peter is busy multitasking to save someone’s life, then… Just doesn’t use it at all even when he gets the rest of the nanotech back. If anything it’s underutilized and gets dunked on for the sake of having a plot quite a bit.

My rankings personally: 1. Stark Suit- Insomniac had no reason to go this hard on the suit, it’s definitely one you can throw on and play the whole game with if you’re a fan of the films. 2. Upgraded Suit (FFH)- My personal favorite MCU Spidey suit, hated to see it go in NWH. Would’ve loved if it had the web wings included. 3. Iron Spider- I’m in the camp of how overused this suit was in the films, but I absolutely adored the way it looked in the game and some how it looked even better than it’s appearances in the films. 4. Black and Gold- Loved this suit when it was teased but was kinda disappointed how it turned out in the film. Insomniac fixed it with the clear spider logo and it looks even cleaner. 5. Homemade Suit- Grew on me with some recent Homecoming rewatches and for being the reward for collecting all backpacks make it a fun one to use especially during crime patrol. 6. Integrated Suit- Not a big fan of this one personally because the gold stands out a bit too much and you can see it’s just a rework of the Upgraded suit. 7. Stealth/Night Monkey- Fun for stealth missions and warehouses, but personally I wasn’t a fan of how much screen time it took up in FFH. Feels like it’s missing more Spidey elements with it, but the detailing on the cloth and everything is still amazing.

Speaking strictly in game and not in the movies my list goes: 7. Iron Spider Suit (The metallic blue often looks very strange in most lighting, and the helmet/mask looks slightly off somehow in a way I can’t quite put my finger on). 6. Stark Suit (I love this suit, but the texture issues whenever it’s rainy/cloudy making the blue and red look really strange docks points for me). 5. Stealth Suit (no complaints, it’s very cool looking but pretty simplistic which is why it’s lower). 4. Homemade Suit (aside from the odd clipping issues, it’s a great suit, and my favorite live-action DIY spider-man suits). 3. Black and Gold Suit (no complaints but the amount of detail packed into the suit puts it super high on the list). 2. Hybrid Suit (zero complaints, I just prefer the #1 slightly more). 1. Upgraded Suit (my favorite live-action Spider-Man look of all time. The only thing that would make this suit better is if it were the version they used in NWH with the slight changes in the belt).

The homecoming suit is prolly my fav aside from Toby maguires suit. It’s got an awesome shine to it and the best kind of red, especially when it’s raining it looks great. Some I really like but the red is like orangey

I like how the Hybrid suit looks like the suit Parker wears in the actual video game except instead of the big white spider symbol on the front, it’s gold just like the Iron Spider suit.

Iron Spider suit definitely should have been the 'trump card' suit - not one you use all the time but one as a last resort when you know you need to bring your A-game

My favorite mcu suit in the game is the integrated suit, but i think the stark suit looks the best in the rain.

7: Iron spider suit 6: Upgraded Suit 5: Stark Suit 4: Stealth Suit 3: Integrated Suit 2: Homemade Suit 1: Black and Gold Suit The Black and Gold suit should have been the stealth suit. It’s perfect for stealth. The mixture of black and gold plus the little wires around make the suit look amazing.The Homemade suit is actually not bad to me and is actually really nice interpretation of a starter suit. I like that they made the colors more vibrant to make it have the classic red and blue colors and the expressive plus the web shooters are shown….Really do love it. As for the integrated…………….this one was the hardest to rank. I was going back and forth between this one and the stealth suit but came to this conclusion. This suit is not terrible and I like how they literally integrated the iron spider suit together with the upgraded suit. It makes look really vibrant in the day but at night, not as much game wise. So yes, this is my ranking. I think a lot of people will agree that the iron spider is shown way too much and now………., I can’t stand looking at it any more. In resolution, do not get “offended” by my ranking cause it’s just my OPINION. Every has their own opinion. My ranking isn’t the right ranking……………it’s my ranking. Thanks for reading. PS: The TASM 2 is best Spider-Man movie suit and is what I think should be in Spider-Man ps4. And if not, Spider-Man 2.
