It's all really beautiful until dynamic resolution kicks in and brings video noise exactly when they need 60fps in graphically heavier scenes and to achieve that they lower the resolution. So it's actually not native 4k sometimes. Great recording! For some people like me who cares about visual fidelity I would prefer an option to keep the native 4k and 30fps insted of having sometimes blurrier image, but hey it's just my opinion.

Idk if this was the case when you commented, but you can turn the dynamic resolution on and off, or if your TV/monitor supports 120hz then you can have 30-40fps while on highest fidelity mode :) I'm also aware this reply is too late and may not help you, but you never know - someone may find it handy in the future 🤷‍♂️ Also disable film grain and lower motion blur, various other camera effects... The game does not have the best defaults but ofc it comes down to personal preference.
