It’s displayed here, but I’m pretty sure the context here focused on the comics. Back then, Eddie Brock had cancer and was also separated from the Venom symbiote (he sold it off to an auction). In a food pantry called FEAST, Marrin Li (Mr Negative) met Eddie and touched his shoulder. Martin has a Healing Touch ehich actually removed the carcinogens from Eddie’s system and cured him of his cancer. It also reactivated the dormant symbiotic cells still in his system to create Anti Venom. Anti Venom can heal and cleanse any genetic irregularities, which means that Anti Venom can also take away Peter Parker’s powers at any given moment. I’m pretty sure this is what he meant.
