Also gotta love how through the fight, you can see Spiderman isn't actually overpowering Tombstone. He is just adapting his fighting style to catch his opponent off guard, after noticing the first time he met him that brute force wasn't getting him anywhere. This fight the one of the greatest in the show and perhaps in all other Spider-Man shows. All the top dogs of the crime world meet at their highest point, discussing future plans as equals, but their hubris and greed only showed that they did not want equal parts, but full control over what they considered 'their city'. And seeing them all taken down by Spider-Man one by one whilst they are at their highest shows both their greatest weakness and Spider-Man's greatest strength: that each villain wants to be the one in control, and are too blind or too paranoid to have someone as an equal, and that even though Spider-Man is physically the strongest, his greatest strength is his will and honour, that despite him just being against three villains and having to fight his battles by himself, he comes out on top because he knows it is the right thing to do and knowing all too well the consequences of looking the other way. -Silvermane was too used to having his way due to being in charge for so long, that he charged at Spider-Man like a brawler with his combat suit, using brawn over brain to get the job done. And when Spider-Man exploited the weakness, it was over for Silvermane, who once had strength to get what he wanted was now helpless, unable to fend himself without it. -Doctor Octopus, even though he had a similar intellect to Spider-Man, his hatred for those who mistreated him and unhealthy desire to have respect made him too angry to focus on the hero, causing him to attack recklessly for Spider-Man to close the distance and bring the villain down. -Tombstone's name was his biggest irony, as his final encounter with Spider-Man brought both of them below the city, where the final blow was the the broken block of masonry falling on his head, knocking him out. This was the death of Tombstone's entire empire, the Big Man's entire work crumbled to dust, his tombstone below the city, where even the common people were now above him. And the final conclusion to this stand off is when all the villains defeats are witnessed by the public and police, who see their hero come out on top, showing the whole city that Spider-Man will always protect them even from the most powerful of people who will harm them.

Little does Tombstone know is that Spider-Man is holding back. I mean Spider-Man can lift up 10 tonnes and deliver 50 tonnes of force. So if Tombstone thinks he can easily destroy Spider-Man. He's sadly mistaken. The only reason he lost their first fight. Is because Spidey didn't take him seriously. If he was. Peter would end without trouble. I mean the comics Spider-Man's webs contained the Incredible Hulk. Spidey literally sent Hulk flying into space 🌌. Hulk is strong enough to lift a 150 billion ton mountain and pull 2 atonic plates together on a planet that was splitting in half. So this shows how much Spider-Man holds back. If he stopped holding back. Pretty much everyone in his rogue gallery including Tombstone would be history.
